missingWrote a review on Nov 24excellent staff assistancepoor bathroom maintenance
The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful, providing personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
The bathroom facilities were in need of maintenance, with issues like a loose shower door and a toilet bowl that didn't flush properly.

exceptional location near Galata Tower, charming atmosphere, proximity to local markets
Noise issues from external environments!!! The absence of an elevator made lugging luggage a tiring chore!!! Condominium-sized rooms can feel cramped, especially with more than one luggage!!! Inconsistent hot water availability disrupted my morning routine!!!

having stayed at this charming spot, I loved how close it was to the breathtaking galata bridge, a short walk away, and the vibrant istiklal street, bustling with life and local shops just around the corner, making it perfect for my weekend strolls exploring the city's essence.

The hotel is ideally located very close to the Galata Tower, the Sishane metro station, and Istiklal Street, making it a perfect spot for exploration. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay.
The hotel management's handling of room bookings was disorganized and quite frustrating.

The location near Galata Tower made exploring central spots effortless, with public transport just a short walk away. The staff were accommodating and chatty, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which featured delicious homemade ice cream alongside other Turkish delights. However, the breakfast could use more variety in coffee options, and some amenities felt a bit dated and in need of an upgrade.

I had an amazing 8-night stay! The breakfast was always ample and varied, which I loved. The cleaning service was genuinely nice, providing everything needed without being bothersome. However, the breakfast options could use more variety, but for the price, it was decent. Overall, I'd definitely choose this place again!

This place was just a good match for a brief pause in Istanbul with decent value for money. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of options that kept everyone satisfied. Make sure to double-check if you're getting any discounts at the restaurant before paying.
